Project Administrator

Summary

Summary Software Development is hard and is made even harder by the 1000 of little details that all need to be kept track of to ensure the stake holders visions can be translated to features that will delight end users. It is the project admins role to make sure all those details are properly tracked and don't become stale.

Responsibilities

Oversee the status of active tasks on the NuvIot website, so they are synced up and accurate with the client's status.
For clients using their own ticketing system, ensure any tasks assigned to Software Logistics are also entered in our system along with a link and reference number. Include due dates, priority, adding attachments, links, and hours spent developing tasks. Ensure status updates and entered time (if applicable).
Ensure that any newly assigned tasks have expected outcomes per the Accepted Criteria the client puts forth. Add in videos and attachments for assistance to the developer.  Flag tasks for any issues, risks, or blockers. Review issues and any risks that might hinder the task's success. Contact the client, if need be, for assistance. * Ensure that any planned tasks have a project lead.
Ensure that any in-progress tasks have a project lead, primary contributor, and QA specialist.
Enter hours spent on each task daily into the client's system.
Spot-check planned and active tasks to ensure they follow our defined process.
If necessary, ensure QA/testing documents are uploaded into their system when QA has verified the ticket.

Significant communications should be added to the associated task within NuvIoT.
