Summary
Work with the stakeholder to define and document the vision in the form of our "Why" in our project management system and Execute, Execute, Execute!
Work closely with Business Analyst and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design.
Build and implement clean, functional software UI programs.
Provide technical leadership to the team and guide development efforts to success.
Direct development team in design, development, coding, testing, and application.
Integrate software components to third-party software programs.
Verify and deploy changes made to programs and/or systems.
Be proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and/or upgrading existing software.
Recommend and execute improvements to client software systems.
Mentor junior team members.
Communicate with staff on any administrative changes in project status, due dates, etc.
Participate in training as necessary.
Accurately maintain time in NuvIot.
Proven experience as a software developer, engineer, or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
Knowledge of coding languages (Java, C#) and frameworks/systems (Angular, Git).
Experience in software design and development in a proven environment.
Excellent communication skills.
This is a remote position. The only requirements are a stable internet connection and the ability to attend online meetings during business hours. Sometimes, you may be required to meet on-site for large design sessions. Software Logistics has two scheduled team meetings. Depending on the project, there may be additional regularly scheduled meetings.

Work with the stakeholder to define and document the vision in the form of our "Why" in our project management system. The primary role of a software development process is to take the vision of the stakeholder and turn that into a deployed feature or system. As a Task Lead, you ultimately own all aspects of this process – from the initial stakeholder meeting through the planning phase, then into development, QA through when this task is deployed and closed.
