## Technical Lead ## Summary When the team wins, we all win. When the team loses, we all lose. The role of the Technical Lead is to ensure that -- from a technical perspective -- our developers have what they need to succeed. This includes resources (such as access to development environments) and guidance toward specialized knowledge that might be necessary. The Technical Lead does this not by spoon-feeding information, but by using each interaction as an opportunity for growth. ## Job Location/Meetings This is a remote position. The only requirements are a stable internet connection and the ability to attend online meetings during business hours. Sometimes, you may be required to meet on-site for large design sessions. Software Logistics has two scheduled team meetings.
